  • Friends USPS expenses for postage and stamps total $8,212.40 with no identifiable charges for printed material

  • Rachel Plakon campaign lists expenses for postage of $2,026.95 and  $4,590 for printing

    • $2,000 will mail 5,000 first class postcards or ~6,700 bulk rate postcards

    • $4,500 will purchase ~45,000 postcards or ~23,000 larger mailers

  • The discrepancy cannot be explained from public data only
